The hotel's decoration was simply lovely, with tasteful and elegant touches throughout. From the grand entrance to the charming common areas, every detail was thoughtfully designed. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. It had ramps and elevators in all the right places, making it easy for me to move around without any hassle.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could provide a little more assistance with carrying luggage.

Well located, friendly, clean hotel. The staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Well worth the supplement for the river view. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Istanbul and will recommend to friends.

The hotel was brand new and the staff was nice
the room was so small, the walls were so thin that we heard every little sound from the next room as well as the corridor. Although we were at the fifth floor, the noise from the basement night club and the roof bar was like the music was playing in the room because the Windows were not sound proof. There were other insufficient facilities that should be present in a four star hotel. So, I may say that it was not a real four star hotel but a two star one.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, providing ample space even when sharing with a friend. the view from the room was breathtaking, with a stunning overlook of the water. the hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance to Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, and the tram station.
Felt special, no reason to complain.

There is a hip club at the roof which is a very popular place and a jazz bar Nublu underground. Both are fun to have a drink

The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the queen bed in the room. the rooftop terrace had an amazing view of the city and was the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the hotel's location was also great, with several tourist spots nearby and easy access to shopping centers and the airport.
the staff was not very helpful and didn't seem interested in catering to our needs.

We stayed at Gradiva Hotel for four nights when we were in Istanbul to celebrate New Year'S. Location of the hotel is unbeatable, as Karakoy is the new up and coming hip district with lots of good restaurants and bars nearby and Beyoglu and the old town is within walking distance. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and we had a complimentary upgrade to a duplex room, which was quite a nice surprise. The room was really clean and comfortable with tasteful decoration and nice touches like an iphone dock... The rooftop restaurant/bar Zelda Zonk had a magnificent panoramic view of the Golden Horn and we had a lot of fun partying there on New Year's Eve:) All in all, Gradiva Hotel is highly recommended!

Strategically located. Both restaurants are really god. The hotel has a kindly service.
Rooms little bit small. Quite noisy, because the Hotel has a Bar that opens from thursday to saturday. The smoke entered in my room during these days.

We had a great stay in this city thanks to the hotel's excellent location close to everything in Galata, all transportations, and in the center of all attractions. We loved the rooftop restaurant and the stunning view of the sea and the city. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always available for us when needed.
Couldn't fault.

We stayed in a hotel that was in the heart of the city and incredibly close to public transportation. We could easily take a metro to Sultan Ahmed or a Tunetel to Taksim. the hotel was surrounded by lovely cafes in Karakoy and even had a restaurant upstairs with a beautiful view at night. the room and bathroom were both clean, but on the smaller side. the service was decent and the breakfast had a good variety.
the hotel had some bad smells coming from the bathroom, making the room unpleasant.

We recently stayed at a centrally located hotel in Istanbul and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure we felt welcomed throughout our stay. The bed in our room was very comfortable and the room itself was clean and well-maintained. Despite being in the heart of the city, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was at night, allowing for a restful sleep. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, nightlife, and popular attractions. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.

Great location, clean rooms, excellent staff
Stayed at this hotel for a weekend with my partner. Location was perfect, with easy access to different neighborhoods and tourist spots. The rooms were small but very clean, and had everything we needed. The best part of our stay was definitely the staff, who were friendly and went out of their way to help us with any questions or requests we had. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the beautiful views from our room.
That our room was quite noisy at night, which made it hard to sleep at times. the rooms were smaller than we expected, but this did not really affect our overall experience.
